The raw material for screwdriver bits is S2 (Cr-Mo-V steel) which importing from abroad. Our manufacturer standard for screwdriver bits is strickly meet DIN standard, as well using S2 for screwdriver bits, which make its hardness reach to HRC 58-62. Also the torsion and toughness of our screwdriver bits are very stable, can meet international standards very well.
We manufacture a great variety of screwdirver bits, like cross-shaped, torx, hexagon, triangle, pentagon, slotted, square shaped, IP type, sleeve, and thread screwdriver bits for antomation machine etc. We can also make some according to the drawing and samples from customers, of course, we would like to provide applicable solutions to our customers according to customers′ acctual work demands. We accept OEM in term of designs, logo, packing, and so on.
We begun to using the latest CNC automation production machines since 2010, and for 2.5D inspection instrucments, we imported from abraod, this highly improved our production capacity and product accuracy, as well as stablity of products. Our factory controls the heat treatment process independently, this make sure the consistency and stablity of hardness, above all make our products leading in quality in China.
